replaced missing rear left hook bracket
replaced missing rear right hook bracket
replaced missing front left hook bracket
replaced missing front right hook bracket
installed 36 new skirt bolts
installed 16 top skirt brackets
cut off and replaced full left half of center plate
cut off and replaced all 4 skirts
Expansion Joint installed in pour
