Car # 73 - Thursday - 08/27/20
Took all of the Top Block off the car and cleaned and removed all of the brick shards
Moved 5 Center Supports back into position and replaced 2 broken Parimitor blocks
Re-leveled 7 other parimitor Blocks and Replaced all the KOA wool expansion joints
Replaced all broken Top Block on Car with good Blocks off of several other cars
Set all the Top Block in Precise Position and installed KOA wool for Expansion Joints
Put 2 Expansion Joints Vertical and Horizontally to allow for block compression inside the Kiln
Put all 48 Brick Support Block on Top and arranged them to fit the setter for Efficiency
Straightened out Left Front Bottom Skirt and Right Front Bottom Skirt so they go through the Kiln
Painted all 8 sides of all 4 of the Corner Blocks and Painted Number 73 on all 8 sides
Jacked up all 4 corners 1 at a time , filled each wheel with grease and checked to make sure they turned freely
