Complete Rebuild using all material from car #57 it was in to bad of shape to be Efficient
Completely tore down car #57 for Perimeter block and Top Block
Laid all 4 Sides of Perimeter Blocks and Filled in missing Insulation
Replaced all broken Block on Car with good Blocks off of several other cars
Installed KOA wool Blanket on Top of block and under Top Block for Heat Reduction and Leveling
Set all the Top Block in Precise Position and installed KOA wool for Expansion Joints
Put 2 Expansion Joints Vertical and Horizontally to allow for block compression inside the Kiln
Put all 48 Brick Support Block on Top and arranged them to fit the setter for Efficiency
Straightened out Left Front Bottom Skirt and Right Front Bottom Skirt so they go through the Kiln
Painted all 8 sides of all 4 of the Corner Blocks and Painted Number #11 on all 8 sides
Was told by George that the Wheels had been fixed and greased on car so no need to check them
