Complete Rebuild using all material from car #49 it was in to bad of shape to be Efficient
Completely tore down car #49 for Perimeter block and Top Block
Laid all 4 Sides of Perimeter Blocks and Filled in missing Insulation
Replaced all broken Center Block on Car with good Blocks off of car #49
Set all the Top Block in Precise Position and installed KOA wool for Expansion Joints
Car #01 only had 12 Top Block left on it so we replaced the missing 51 top block from car #49
Put 2 Expansion Joints Vertical to allow for block compression inside the Kiln
Straightened out Left Front Bottom Skirt and Right Front Bottom Skirt so they go through the Kiln
We cut 9 Whole Block for the Front Leading Edge and installed KOA woll for Expansion Joint

Painted all 8 sides of all 4 of the Corner Blocks and Painted Number #01 on all 8 sides
Jacked up each Corner greased and spun each wheel until they were full
